About Hot Yoga
Traditional Hot Yoga is the most challenging and effective exercise program in the world! The class is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room for 90 minutes. This method focuses on strengthening and stretching the joints of the body including your spine. With regular practice one can begin to realign the joints and increase the range of motion. Feel great, transform yourself, lose weight, and get healthier with Hot Yoga!
